Your initial visit is $160 and includes both a comprehensive assessment and your first treatment. Follow-up visits are $100.

We currently accept Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Johns Hopkins EHP, and United Health Care insurance plans. At this time, we do NOT accept Kaiser Permanente, Priority Partners, Amerigroup, or Medicaid.Coverage can vary depending on your individual plan and diagnosis, so we recommend checking your benefits in advance.

While many patients feel noticeable relief after just one treatment, consistent care is key to lasting results. We typically begin with weekly sessions for 10–12 visits, then reassess and adjust your plan based on your progress.

Most patients experience little to no discomfort. The needles used are extremely thin, and many people find treatments deeply relaxing.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment of your health history, symptoms, and goals, followed by your first acupuncture treatment. We take time to understand your full picture so your care is personalized and effective.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. We may access areas such as arms, legs, back, or abdomen, depending on your treatment.

Many patients feel relaxed, calm, or lightly energized after treatment. Some notice immediate relief, while others experience gradual improvements over a few sessions.

We treat a wide range of conditions, including back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain; headaches; pelvic pain; migraines; sports injuries; and nerve-related pain such as sciatica.
